A regular comment I receive is how others would love to see inside my wardrobe.

“I bet it’s a massive wonderland to play dress ups in.”

What is surprising to most, is when I tell them that I haven’t kicked my husband and his clothing out of the wardrobe to accommodate my colourful collection of pretties.

I love using clothes to express myself but I really don’t have a wardrobe that revivals movie stars. What I do have is a wardrobe of colour and pattern; pieces that make happy when I’m wearing them.

Even though I have explained to many people that my wardrobe space is split down the middle with Ben, there is still some disbelief. So after another recent comment from of the school mums I thought heck why not just show you.

Take a look for yourself at my totally random, “as I am” video inviting you into my wardrobe. Video is a new medium I’m trying for communicating with everyone and something I’m trying to find confidence with too. So come take a look at me shaking out some sillies and giving you a behind the scenes look as they say at my colourful wardrobe.

Did you take a look? Any surprises there? What would you like to see more of?

I love how you have your jewels displayed. Great idea.
I can not believe you keep all your amazing clothes in the same space I have for my clothes. Mine are terrible.
Do you back your winter clothes away and rotate seasonly? Or being a qld like me do you keep your 3-4 winter things out all year.

Hey Vanessa thanks. I do pack my winter stuff away, in vacuum bags. I have a little more than 4 pieces lol……but that’s because I love the cold weather and love have fun styling for the season. But as you saw in the video all my winter stuff fits in the other drawer under my bed.

Can you tell me a little more about were you keep your clothes? Is it in a similar sized space? When you say terrible do you mean a mess or disorganised? I hope you don’t mind the questions? Just wondering if it’s worth me doing a post or video explaining why or how I store pieces. Let me know if that would be of any interest or help. Thanks again for popping over and for your lovely comment.
